Checks performed
Anonymous HTTP responses for the Spanish, Catalan and English homepages sent no Set-Cookie headers and declared no scripts or iframes from external domains. WordPress login set the session cookie wordpress_test_cookie with Secure and HttpOnly.
On 18 October 2026, Chrome’s storage panel was inspected in a private browsing session during the observed navigation of the test website. No cookies or localStorage entries appeared. No IndexedDB databases, Cache storage data or Service workers registered for the site were detected.
Session storage observed
The entry wpEmojiSettingsSupports was observed in sessionStorage. WordPress creates it to remember the results of browser emoji compatibility tests. It stores those test results and a timestamp to adapt how emojis are displayed.
Provider: this website through WordPress. Duration: tied to the tab’s session; it survives reloads and is normally removed when the tab or window closes. Session restoration may affect retention. It is not an HTTP cookie. WordPress source code · How sessionStorage works.
Scope of the review
These findings apply to the observed session and navigation, documented in browser screenshots. They do not guarantee identical results on every page, device or situation, including possible hosting security challenges. Switching between Spanish, Catalan and English was checked visually; a separate storage inventory was not performed for every page and language. The review will be repeated after migration to the main domain and whenever website features change.
